Cancellation and Refund Policy

Important Notice: Please read this policy carefully before making any payments.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service agreement with Prosmitech Private Limited under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation must be requested in writing via email
  • Notice period of 30 days is required for monthly services
  • Project-based services can be cancelled before 50% completion
  • No cancellation allowed after project completion

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

Monthly Services:

  • 100% refund if cancelled within 7 days of payment
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 8-15 days
  • No refund after 15 days of payment

Project-based Services:

  • 100% refund if cancelled before work begins
  • 75% refund if cancelled before 25% completion
  • 50% refund if cancelled before 50% completion
  • No refund after 50% completion

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a written cancellation request to our support email
  2. Include your order number and reason for cancellation
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  5. Refund will be credited to the original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Domain registration fees
  • Third-party software licenses
  • Hosting services already activated
  • Consultation fees for completed sessions
  • Any services marked as non-refundable

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, we encourage direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled according to Indian consumer protection laws.
